Canton Fair Success: Our Company Secures Big Orders & Wins Win-Win Cooperation

Recently, the highly anticipated China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) concluded successfully. Our company made a stunning appearance, leveraging an exquisitely designed Chinese-style booth, diverse high-quality products and professional services to attract numerous new and existing customers. We secured multiple large-value orders, with results far exceeding expectations, marking a "good start" for our foreign trade business and laying a solid foundation for win-win cooperation.

For this fair, we infused profound Chinese cultural elements into the booth design. Its framework adopted curved lines of ancient Chinese pavilions, partitions featured silk screens with  cloud patterns, and the color scheme centered on traditional red and gold (representing good fortune), paired with mini Chinese knots  for a traditional touch.

What made the booth even more eye-catching was our team: all sales staff wore elegant Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing), greeting customers in English. Their demeanor sparked conversations about Chinese culture, with many international clients taking photos and praising Hanfu’s beauty. This unique combination made our booth stand out, drawing countless merchants.

 

During the fair, the booth was bustling. Among our products, over-voltage and under-voltage protectors were overwhelmingly popular—clients praised their reliable performance, compact design, and adaptability to different power grids. Long-term customers discussed customized needs and future plans, often admiring Hanfu and booth decorations. New clients from Central Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia were first drawn by the Chinese-style booth, then became interested in our products, engaging in talks about both products and Chinese culture to explore cooperation opportunities.

 

Our team, with professional product knowledge (especially on over-voltage and under-voltage protectors), efficient communication, and Hanfu’s charm, answered questions and met needs, winning trust. Many clients finalized deals on-site, with some orders specifically for bulk protectors. Others agreed to post-fair sample testing and even asked for more cultural information, showing strong willingness for long-term win-win cooperation.
